Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish/English)

Do you have English/Spanish bilingual speaking and writing skills and a desire to work with a large health and wellness organization as an Administrative Assistant? Randstad is seeking bilingual AA candidates to fill (2) temporary to permanent positions for with an organization based in downtown Washington, DC that is rapidly growing!
Job duties will include the following:
- Organize office mail and order office supplies
- Provide excellent customer service while answering phone calls and greeting visitors
- Create files and maintain customer database
- Manage office calendar and coordinate appointments
- Prioritizing changing workloads and maintaining a high level of urgency
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
- 3 years of tenured experience in an administrative support role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work successfully with a team in a multi-cultural environment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
