Our metro-accessible client is offering a competitive salary to attract a talented Mailroom Manager to lead their mail room on a permanent, stable basis.
They are looking to begin interviews as soon as possible and will want someone to start soon!
At our client, you will be responsible for leading a small team responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while serving the agency you are located within.
Your essential job duties will be:
Working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, Off for Federal Holidays
- Serve as the liaison between customers, and production to ensure that all order information is communicated accurately and timely
- Plan and coordinate the various work flow processes associated with orders in compliance with company policy and quality requirements in order to achieve customer expectations
- Communicate with the customer regarding mail progress or status
- Cultivate and build successful relationships with customers
- Resolve customer complaints through the utilization of effective customer service practices
Working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday
A successful candidate will have:
- Strictly 5 or more years of Mailroom Manager Experience
- Evidence of steady progression through work experience
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Certified Mail and Distribution Systems Manager (CMDSM) and Executive Mail Center Manager (EMCM) strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
