The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, be admitted to practice before the USPTO, and have at least three (3) years of experience practicing patent law. Must possess knowledge and experience with electronics, digital devices (including PLCs), circuit protection, and computer software. Substantial patent preparation and prosecution experience is required, while experience drafting opinions and supporting patent litigation is highly desired.
