Management Resources is seeking an experience Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with an accounting or financial systems background for a long term project with a DC area based financial services firm. The BSA will lead or significantly contribute to the detailed evaluation, design, implementation and maintenance of corporate trust fund. Typical responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: Perform hands on research to identify issues and provide recommended solutions, together with any implications and tradeoffs Work closely with the institutional IT group and business users Assist in drafting and reviewing project business requirements documents to ensure that the divisions needs are adequately incorporated. Manage the tracking and resolution of open ticket items with IT staff on routine enhancements and system fixes. Organize and deliver presentations to business users, senior staff and the management team as requested Prepare user documentation as required Producing financial management reports and/or data for Bank management and donors. Examples include the Quarterly Board and Business Review, quarterly letter from the Controller to the Audit Committee, the trust fund financial summary report, and individual trust fund financial reports to be made available to donors through a secure website. Evaluating new trust fund proposals in collaboration with other trust fund central units to ensure they conform to firm policies

Requirements: Desired Background: A relevant Bachelor's degree plus a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA/ACCA/CPA). Minimum of 5 years experience in the audit function, preferably with one of the larger public accounting firms, or major financial institution(s), with a good understanding of U.S. and International Financial Reporting Accounting and Auditing standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues articulately and confidently with all levels of staff. Hands on experience with accounting and business systems, including designing or implementing projects is highly desirable. Experience in SAP is a strong plus. Advanced competence in all Microsoft Office applications. Experience in back office operations, management reporting and oversight of production systems. Demonstrated ability and experience conceptualizing and analyzing business process requirements and translating them into design specifications for process changes and/or automated solutions. Experience working on teams developing new system applications and / or reports.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
