Provides logistical and administrative support in coordinating activities, meetings, travel and correspondence:
o Ensures efficient and effective time management for key Program Office personnel.
o Schedules meetings, interviews and conference calls.
o Schedules and tracks travel, corresponds with external organizations, and prepares any needed
pre-meeting or event materials.
o Manages the daily calendars and manages appointments.
o Tracks regular external and internal meetings, keeps and updates meeting files.
o Communicates and coordinates with senior staff regarding program and administrative tasks and
provides information regarding meeting requirements.
o Evaluates, directs and tracks all phone calls for key personnel. Provides daily support on
answering the main phone line for the Program Office and directs calls as
appropriate.
o Tracks the status of supply orders and maintains detailed inventory lists. Provides key
personnel with needed supplies and drafts Purchase Requisitions for Deputy
Director approval.
o Assists with travel arrangements and logistics. Tracks and logs all incurred expenses for
travel for senior staff.
o Schedules and coordinates videoconferences and teleconferences with numerous participants;
assists with public event logistics.
o Greets and directs guests to appropriate locations and ensures office space is set-up
accordingly for meetings.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
