Winter/Spring 2015: NPR Presents and Generation Listen

Develop event summaries based on production meetings
General administrative support: filing, copying, emails
Ordering and shipping production supplies
Attend and contribute to production meetings and event development
Organize operations travel cases ( front of house) for each event.
Graphic Design and Generation Listen:
Work with creative team to develop digital and print ads
Production design to support key Marketing, Branding and Communications projects including NPR Presents and Generation Listen.
Experience with Adobe suite of products including: Photoshop, illustrator and In Design.
High level communication skills, attention to detail and collaborative work style.
Initiative and ability to work on projects individually once direction is given a must.
