This position is responsible for coordinating the recruitment, employment, exit interview and retention initiatives for Clinical Nurses, Clinical Managers and any other nursing related positions, if applicable, in the assigned client departments. May provide administrative support, coordination, and financial oversight over various employee-training programs as designated.Incumbent(s) in this position may be required to perform all or a portion of the duties described below depending on assigned employment specialty area, and department requirements as defined by the Director of Recruitment.
EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
PRIOR
Experience:Approximately three to five years of progressively more responsible job related employment experience required. One to two years of project management experience required.Knowledge of employment law required. Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION/LICENSURE:Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia is preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
