Description:
Will be responsible for day-to-day content of social media/PHI website; working closely with internal partners to review content already prepared
- proofing/writing skills required. Some content will be prepared prior to sending, but may have to create some original web content
-Candidates should have experience in this space and be able to collaborate with the team on the internal project of overhauling the social media/website and share ideas. Will not be providing strategic counsel directly, but as part of the team.
-HTML/CSS is helpful to understand when working in the content management system, but will not be writing any code
-Adobe Creative Suite - will be doing basic cropping/resizing images and is a plus if they have experience with this program
-Will act primarily as a liaison between customers and internal departments in answering questions on social media and being an advocate for PHI.
-Closest metro to this office is Gallery Place/China Town
Communications Web Content Administrator:This role is responsible for implementing the department's social media and digital customer interaction strategies. They will coordinate day-to-day content postings to the website and social media. This includes serving as a liaison between the web team and various departments within PHI to ensure accurate and prompt publishing of content. This role will be an advocate of the company on social media, engaging in dialogue and answering questions where appropriate.
Required SkillsMinimum of 2-3 years experience in the following areas:
Communications/Marketing background
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Experience developing, managing, and executing all social media interaction as well as website content development and updates.
Experience using web site content management systems.
Experience promoting a customer service attitude.
Experience providing strategic counsel on web design, web content, and use of social media platforms.
Strong writing skills with experience writing content for the web and blogs.
General understanding of HTML and CSS.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
