Main responsibilities include:
POLICY ANALYSIS AND MONITORING:
Continually monitor federal-level government policies and proposals, research and identify those issues that affect Land O'Lakes members or its businesses, coordinate, collaborate to develop issue positions for Land O'Lakes and its members, and recommend strategy and tactics to address those issues. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT RELATIONS:
Assist in implementation of strategies and tactics to achieve a successful outcome on key issues, collaborate with industry associations, coordinate grassroots efforts for federal affairs activity. Manage a federal affair staff that will monitor and track issues and execute strategies to advance our policy priorities. GRASSROOTS:
Work with the government affairs team to support activities of the Policies & Resolutions Committee; work with the government affairs team to develop grassroots events and opportunities for our members and business leaders to support state and federal legislative priorities. COMMUNICATIONS:
Communicate effectively to ensure management understands key policy developments and federal affairs activities to position the company; assist with both internal and external communications, report on the progress of legislative efforts and provide detailed briefing memos and outlines of key policy issues and in preparation for events and grassroots activities. Required (Basic) Experience & Education:
Bachelor's degree in liberal arts degree - public affairs, political science, journalism, communications or related field 6 or more years of legislative or administrative government experience Political campaign experience Previous management experience Required Competencies & Other Skills:

Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Communications & PREstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
