POSITION Overview:
Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) is seeking a Facilities Emergency Management Specialist in support of the Pentagon Facilities Support Directorate requiring contractor support to plan and prepare for emergencies. ANSER seeks qualified analysts with at least 5 years experience in administrative and professional work services in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment. Work is to be performed onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. POSITION
Responsibilities:
Perform project management functions including planning, business case analysis, resource management, risk management, scope management, schedule management, and communication activities. Ensure that functional and technical products adhere to customer requirements and promote repeatable best practices across the organization they support. Develop guidance and successfully perform a variety of detailed, diverse elements of project management tasks. Complete tasks within estimated time-frames, often at a fast pace. Provide concise, clearly written work products as directed by client. Examples of written products include draft policies, standard operating procedures, checklists, plans, table top exercise plans, evaluations of options for emergency preparedness and response for Pentagon Facilities. Analyst will utilize their knowledge of:
Facility Emergency Management functions and emergency response roles. Techniques used in collecting, analyzing, prioritizing, and summarizing open source and classified information. Continuity of Operations Program (COOP) policies and procedures. Emergency Action Plan (EAP) policies and procedures. Recovery and Reconstitutions planning. Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) guiding principles for exercise programs, as well as a common approach to exercise program management, design and development, conduct, evaluation, and improvement planning. Emergency Notification and Readiness Plans and Procedures. National Incident Management System (NIMS) procedures, especially Incident Command System (ICS) command and general staff functions and emergency response roles. REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Possess an active DoD Top Secret security clearance. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline. 5
years of experience supporting government or DoD security programs. MS Word, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, Cloud usage. Candidate must provide documentation to substantiate fully vaccinated status against the COVID 19 virus.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
