Smartronix is looking for a Sr. Technical Project/Program Manager who will support the execution of a wide variety of projects including infrastructure deployment, operational improvements, business automation and application deployment. This project manager must possess extensive knowledge of business processes and technical environments, software tools, business policies, management and monitoring utilities and procedures. #LI-Remote
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of multiple complex Cloud projects including finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools and reporting Interact with client leadership and technical teams to define project requirements and identify solutions consistent with defined terms, methodology, policy, and regulations. Lead the assigned team through the development of a project plan deliver the identified solution. Monitor IT Cloud projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress, quality, managing issue resolution as necessary. Manage resource plan and identify resource risks. Provide leadership guidance and direction to personnel to ensure proper, timely completion of work. Communicate project status to clients, management, and partners as appropriate. Cultivate effective working relationships with client, Smartronix, and partner teams to maximize productivity and customer service delivery. Anticipate problems or situations that could affect project success. Assess potential impact to the project and develop and execute the best solution. Manage escalated situations as needed. Provide personnel with timely, constructive, and actionable feedback that increases individual and team effectiveness. Required Skills:
Clearance Requirement:
Ability to obtain Bachelor's degree and 5
years of leadership and relationship management experience while supporting large, complex projects. An additional 4 years of experience may substitute in lieu of the degree requirement. Experience working with public Cloud technologies and managing Cloud projects Experience with agile methodologies and practices Demonstrated experience working with large scale systems for an organization with widely distributed geographic sites Demonstrated managerial experience leading employees supporting IT services Strong business analysis skills and logical mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills. Self-motivated; ability to maintain excellence with minimum supervision. Well versed in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools Preferred Skills:
Experience managing cloud engineers for Infrastructure Assessment, Cloud Platform, AWS/Azure/Google, Cloud Management Platform, Cloud Security and ATO process understanding, Virtual Data Center Security Stack (VDSS), Virtual Data Center Management Stack (VDMS), ITIL, Infrastructure/Cloud Operations, Application Migration to Cloud. Experience in supervising Cloud Engineers and Architects. Experience using JIRA. PMP, and ITIL Foundations Certification preferred.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project Management, Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
