Job Description:
ANSER is seeking a Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) Analyst to assist the DoD CIO onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. POSITION Overview:
Analyze financial data related to operations, business performance, opportunities, and investments Consolidate complex technical program descriptions and strategy documents to distill information into simple language for official reports Support the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process within DoD CIO by reviewing Service and Agency budget submissions Correlating the POM and BES submissions to strategy requirements within DoD CIO Work closely with service and agency officials to collect budget data on specific program elements Support the creation of an annual budget certification report for the DoD CIO Support the creation of CAPE Issue Nominations as part of the annual Program Budget Review process Support the writing of annual programming guidance for Service and Agency budget planning REQUIRED SKILLS/EDUCATION/
Experience:
Must have an active Top Secret / SCI SECURITY clearance. Advanced degree in a discipline relevant to the position OR a Bachelor's degree plus at least 5 years' relevant professional experience. Cognizant of current DoD budgetary principles and their associated operational impact Familiarity with Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submission process with DoD organizations and or Military services. Experience with budget execution is not relevant for the position or conducted in the role Experience working with budget databases to include DoD Resources Data Warehouse (DRDW), Select and Native Programming - Information Technology (SNAP-IT), DoD Information Technology Investment Portfolio (DITIP), and or Program Resources Collection Process (PRCP). Experience writing and or researching within DoD Appropriations and budget documents Experience with planning or programming of RDT&E, Procurement, and O&M funding at an OSD level. Excellent written communication skills. Expert level user of Microsoft Office Software and SharePoint. Candidate must provide documentation to substantiate fully vaccinated status against the COVID 19 virus. DESIRED SKILLS/EDUCATION/
Experience:
Experience writing official public releases, media releases, strategy documents and or DoD communications experience. Experience with IT or cyberspace activities programing with the military services and or DISA.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
