This position is located in the Directorate for Organizational Policy & Decision Support (OP&DS) under the Director of Administration & Management (DA&M) providing direct support to SecDef and DepSecDef decision-making forums. Candidates will provide meeting management, meeting execution, and senior leader stakeholder engagement and coordination. Ideal candidates will have familiarity with the Pentagon, DoD organization/structure, and senior leader decision-making; the ability to work in fluid environments with evolving direction; and experience interfacing with DoD senior leaders. In support of support to senior leader meetings, specific tasks include:
Serve as a team lead ensuring the development and implementation of standardized processes and procedures Booking conference rooms SVTC tech support to connect outstations Tracking and managing RSVPs & attendance Coordinating agendas, read-aheads, and meeting minutes SharePoint site maintenance access and calendar Capturing, coordinating, and disseminating meeting summary of conclusions Using tools and portals that link and integrate authoritative data sources for tracking, monitoring, and reporting on senior decision making. Experience:
Requirements:
Active Secret clearance required at date of hire. Pentagon experience at the OSD, Joint Staff, or Service level, preferred Experience with DoD governance forums, meeting management and execution, and senior leader stakeholder engagement. Comprehensive familiarity with DoD and OSD policy, priorities, and strategy. Professionalism, tact, and experience working with senior DoD leaders. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team. Attention to detail Energetic and the capability to work in a fast-paced team environment, adapt to rapidly changing requirements, and multi-task capabilities. Ability to produce quality work independently or in a group setting, provide solutions to customer issues, and solve problems quickly. High level of proficiency of the English language, both written and oral. Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Candidate must provide documentation to substantiate fully vaccinated status against the COVID 19 virus. Preferred:
Active TS/SCI clearance Expertise in project management, metric development and comparison, and other data-based capabilities for effective management of complex organizations. Focus on operational and project performance/improvement with knowledge of tools that enable effective decision-making processes. EDUCATION & YEARS OF
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, Master's degree preferred. 8 years' experience providing services to senior general/flag officer ranks and/or SES levels within the DOD, other government agencies, or industry corporate equivalents.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Government & MilitaryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
