Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) is seeking a Performance Analyst to support the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Counternarcotics and Global Threats (ODASD (CN>), under the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Policy, in ODASD (CN>) spaces at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA. ODASD(CN>) develops, implements, and oversees DoD Counterdrug (CD), Counter-Transnational Organized Crime (CTOC), and Counter-Threat Finance (CTF) policy, priorities, and strategy consistent with national and DoD strategies and objectives. The individual in this role will provide performance analysis, including development of performance measures, related to DoD CD/CTOC/CTF plans and programs. Position
Responsibilities:
Provide advice and assistance to USG personnel on matters related to performance measurement and management policies. Conduct analyses and assessments on the impact of new or revised USG polices and guidance as expressed in strategic documents, budget justification materials, and other issuances that may impact program investments funded by the DoD CD appropriation. Analyze the alignment of DoD and CN> strategic goals and objectives with proposed CCMD, Military Service, and Defense Agency initiatives to counter global drug trafficking and other illicit threat network activities. Provide analyses of National Drug Control Program strategic plans, priorities, and guidance. Advise and assist USG personnel in drafting complementary DoD performance plans, goals/objectives, management indicators, evaluation criteria, and reports. Required Education/Skills/
Experience:
Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI). Master's degree in a relevant field of study 10 years' experience providing services to senior general/flag officer ranks and/or SES levels within the DOD, other government agencies, or industry corporate equivalents. Comprehensive understanding of performance measurement concepts and principles used to inform USG decision making Knowledge and experience in applying performance concepts and principles to develop performance criteria, draft implementation guidance, and identify opportunities for USG program investment based on projected return on investment (ROI). Exceptional oral and written communication skills, and the ability to translate highly technical information into plain language for effective communication with DoD and other USG staff in the performance of all duties, tasks and services. Desired Education/Skills/Experience (NOT REQUIRED):
Familiarity and experience with DoD's Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution System (PPBE) processes and cycles. Familiarity with DoD CD/CTOC/CTF policy and the unique complexities associated with DoD CD/CTOC/CTF funding.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Government & MilitaryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
