ESS Regional Manager at Radial in Remote

The Manager will establish work schedules, assign work duties, and ensure remote staff understand and meet all company goals and objectives, and administrative policies and procedures. When leading additional management levels, the regional manager will provide coaching in the responsibilities above, and provide any additional support needed. Moderate to frequent travel is required for this position
Responsibilities:
Provide managerial and knowledge leadership to IT technicians working in call centers and fulfillment centers. Implement policies and procedures addressing documentation, problem resolution, and operational performance. Provide leadership to personnel on customer support, communications, work scheduling, resource allocation, and training. Oversee equipment maintenance, inventory, and life cycles Monitor performance metrics and suggest areas for improvement to minimize costs and increase efficiency of work performed by staff. Establish clear performance standards and deliver performance appraisals with examples and coaching suggestions. Ensure all quality of service and workflow standards are met. Collaborate with CC/FC Operations management and other department leaders to assess short- and long-term strategies. Conduct research on products, services, and standards to remain current in the IT industry
Qualifications:
RequiredAt least 5-years of experience in a Help/Service Desk environment supporting computers, peripherals and mobile devices. At least 2-years of managerial/leadership experience A strong understanding of a wide variety of personal computing equipment, software and troubleshooting techniques Experience with current operating systems and software, including, but not limited to, Windows, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Demonstrated experience in conducting research into software and hardware issues and products Strong customer service skills as well as strong oral and written communication skills Develop new operational concepts utilizing new hardware and software technologies Ability to prioritize effectively & perform proactively Ability to exercise sound judgment, display initiative and innovation on the job Moderate to advanced understanding of networking fundamentals PreferredBachelor degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience combined with certifications Knowledge and Experience in support and/or IT management in the retail warehousing environment
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
