You can support the creation of workflows, process automation, data management and overall configuration and use of applications. The support will include maintenance and administration of the applications. You can provide analysis and recommendations on data structures to ensure proper availability and control of mission critical data. You can provide assessments of data dictionaries and metadata catalogs to store explicit and tacit information generated by our agency and its customers. You can act as a liaison for our organization and its partners to improve efficiency in access to information and tailor SSplatforms to meet user requirements. You can review governance to ensure compliance with records management requirements. Current platforms are SharePoint 2016/2019 and Atlassian Jira and Con-fluence and are hosted on premises, but future platforms may be hosted on different platforms. If have 3 years relevant experience with current KM platforms on premises:
SharePoint 2016/2019 as a content management system, Atlassian Jira (project management) and Confluence (Document repository and collaboration tool). You have certifications ITIL Master, CISSP, Cloud Architect certifications, TOGAF certifications You'll love our company if:

You will work with a highly qualified technical team. The Admin Stuff:
Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for potential access to classified information. Accordingly, US Citizenship is required.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
