You feel comfortable coordinating root cause identification across multiple IT service Tiers o You have excellent verbal and written communications skills o You have excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills o You take pride in resolving complex IT issues You'll love our position if:
(This is the stuff you MUST have to be a fit) You have 4 years of experience working as a System Administrator o You have experience with administering workstations, accounts, and Windows 2012/2016/2019 Servers o You have experience with Microsoft Active Directory o You have experience working with technologies including SCCM, vSphere, RDP, and JIRA. o You have an active TS/SCI clearance We'll REALLY love you if:
(This is the bonus stuff that makes you stand out) You have certifications in Microsoft, ITIL, or Cisco. You have experience supporting VIP customers in the federal government. You have experience with Cisco Unified Call Manager. What your day will look like:
Provide second-tier support to end users for either workstations, printers, accounts, or network connectivity. Handles problems that the first-tier of help desk support is unable to resolve. Interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem. Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
System & Network AdministrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
