Job Description:
You will serve as a compensation partner on the Global Total Rewards team, supporting the global sales organizations in this newly created role. In addition, you will contribute to the development and administration of compensation programs focusing on global sales programs, reporting, and SPM/ICM system implementation and administration. You will form partnerships with the Finance, Human Resources, and Commercial Excellence teams and interact with various management levels to influence colleague engagement and retention through sales compensation and rewards programs. Project management, reporting, and consultation skills will be essential for success. Key Responsibilities Support implementation of the global sales compensation system Administers sales compensation programs from design, analysis, governance, approvals, and execution Responsible for calculating and administering sales compensation plans in the new SPM/ICM system Partners with HR, Finance, and Sales management to develop competitive initiatives to drive business strategies Analyzes sales compensation performance and effectiveness Develops sales compensation reporting to provide analytical support and interpretive analysis Creates and may support communication of sales compensation plan documents Performs market research and studies labor markets to determine compensation trends Partners with HR on interpretation and administration of sales compensation programs Provides guidance and makes recommendations to managers and HR Business Partners on compensation issues and interprets laws regulating compensation practices May prepare and deliver colleague communications and training programs Perform other duties as assigned Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field 5
years of compensation and/or finance experience with 3
years focused on sales compensation Experience working in compensation for a global manufacturing a plus Knowledge and Skills Global mindset and approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience supporting and calculating sales compensation programs Strong math skills, ability to research complex questions and conduct complex budget projections. Experience providing support to one or more client groups, including planning activities, communication activities, program support, and problem resolution Highly collaborative style, flexibility, and strong team orientation Ability to collaborate with and influence decision making at many levels within the organization Strong business acumen and reporting skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to understand the details while maintaining the broader view Advanced computer skills and data management/reporting systems including MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Enterprise Applications (e.g., Workday).
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
