PSI seeks a Manager, Donor Revenue & Reporting who will ensure that funder financial reports and invoices are accurate and go out on time, and that projects are closed out appropriately, and collaborate with program management teams to maintain good relationships with funders and to build smooth processes. Your contributions -Review financial reports, invoices, and project closeouts for completeness and accuracy. 35% of Time -Balance task assignments among DRR team members to deliver on time. 20% of Time -Supervise a team of four people who prepare donor financial reports and invoices and who close out projects. 10% of Time -Collaborate with program management teams to maintain good relationships with funders, answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and improve processes. 10% of Time -Support audits by supplying supporting documents for samples and walking auditors through processes. 10% of Time -Perform other duties or special projects as assigned. 10% of the time -Manage PSI's awards on the Department of Health & Human Services Payment Management System, including drawing down funds from the US government and submitting Federal Financial Reports. 5% of Time Time percentages listed above are not exact. What are we looking for? -Bachelor's Degree (or international equivalent) in Accounting or related field -Master's Degree (or international equivalent) in a related field, CPA or equivalent preferred -At least 7 years of Accounting experience. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted. -At least 1 year of supervisory experience (as part of the overall 7 years of experience) preferred. -At least 1 year of Public Accounting in an audit firm (as part of the overall 7 years of experience) preferred. -Expert Excel experience required:
pivot tables, vlookups, and sumifs formulas. -Familiarity with ERPs. -Familiarity with USG rules and regulations. -Knowledge of GAAP. -Strong communication skills. -Familiarity with funder billing. -Strong project management skills. -Strong leadership, employee development and management skills. Knowing when to coach, when to advise and when to provide specific direction.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Accounting, Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
