Working with our client's, stakeholders, and MetroStar's cross-functional team of experts, you'll create experiences that accelerate change and improve the lives of those we support. You are passionate about helping solve government's toughest challenges, driven by user needs, and unrelenting about delivering strategic and usable solutions. You'll be responsible for defining product vision in partnership with stakeholders. You'll be ensuring the products are built right, solving for outcomes that matter, and championed. You'll work with clients to define business goals, identify opportunities, develop roadmaps, and manage the iterative delivery of new products and services. As a client-facing technology strategist, you'll be communicating outcomes and opportunities to a wide range of audiences and influencing decision-making. You're a great fit if:
Strong facilitation skills; experienced at leading kickoff workshops, discovery sprints, road-mapping exercises, and prioritization efforts with clients and teams Attention to detail; adept at leading scrum teams, daily standups, writing user stories, backlog grooming, coordinating team activities Excellent communicator; accomplished written and inspiring verbal communication skills for technical, user experience, and project management trade-offs Growth mindset; adaptive, empathetic, collaborative, driven, and positive mindset Experience with creating, socializing, and aligning multiple stakeholders and team members to a vision over time The ability to pro-actively communicate and generate buy-in for product direction and roadmap changes based on new information from customer research or technical discovery You'll love this role if you have:
(This is the stuff you MUST have to be a fit) At least 7 years of experience as a Product Manager of a cross-functional team Minimum education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work or training experience. Experience running and delivering custom federal web and mobile applications Ability to generate strong product plans and build buy-in across the team, clients, stakeholders, and other contractors Capacity to execute with incomplete or conflicting information; strong product instincts and an ability to create order from divergent needs Ability to define a product objective, and work backwards how to achieve the objective Ability to identify trends and shifts that will affect product direction, and updating plans based on future expectations An active Public Trust security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required) We'll really love you if:
Experience leading, coaching and mentoring other product managers Previous consulting and or digital agency experience demonstrating you know how to work with customers and stakeholders to build consensus and guide decision-making Experience and comfort working at all stages of the product lifecycle building and scaling a product from prototype through maturity Bias towards action being able to step up into team gaps and ambiguous situations to structure the team's work to be done Comfortable working at senior levels with government product owners and MetroStar executives What your day will look like:
Lead workshops and supporting activities structured at defining the problem to be solved, generating hypotheses, promoting ideation, and managing tradeoffs Leverage qualitative and quantitative feedback to facilitate decision-making and to inform the future of the products we build Coach, mentor, and provide feedback for MetroStar Product Managers Help tell the story of our work, its value, outcomes, and impact and advocate for additional iterative and human-centered solutions Take part in hiring activities (e.g., submitting referrals, conducting interviews, and attending interview debriefs), as needed Admin Stuff:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
