The Employee Relations function within our Department supports teams based in the U.S. and internationally in maintaining and fostering a collaborative and respectful workplace atmosphere consistent with PSI global policies and commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. PSI seeks a Global Employee Relations Business Partner that will Support and at times lead investigations into employee relations issues as well as potential violations of HR related workplace policies, procedures, laws, and regulations. Assist with issue resolution and the development and implementation of employee relations strategies and initiatives that mitigate company-wide risk and drive employee retention and engagement. Your contributions Monitor the whistleblower case management system for HR related cases. Escalate complex workplace issues and support the Lead, Global Employee Relations in investigating and resolving cases. May directly or indirectly investigate and resolve moderately complex cases to ensure resolution, consistency, fairness and compliance with applicable policies, donor requirements and laws/regulations. Conducts data analysis and supports the creation of employee relations reports. Document findings and recommended corrective actions. As applicable, partners with Internal Audit on cases, ethics, compliance or fraud investigations. 50% of the Time Support the Lead, Global Employee Relations in providing ongoing coaching, development, and training to business leaders to ensure positive employee relations and communications consistent with company values and work environment expectations. May independently deliver trainings. 15% of the Time Support the design, revision and implementation of policies, procedures, programs and training that outline the organization's philosophy and steps for addressing employee-related matters and resolving issues. 15% of the Time Serves as active participant for cross-functional initiatives or team projects that improve business results through decreasing risks (i.e., audit, performance management, and DEI support) and increasing productivity, retention and engagement of the workforce. 15% of the Time Monitor trends and changes in HR legislation and ensures compliance with all state/federal laws applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws including Title VII, ADA, ADEA and other similar federal, state and where applicable, funder regulations. 5% of the Time Time percentages listed above are not exact. They are estimates and may change. What are we looking for? -Bachelor's Degree (or international equivalent) in a related field -At least 7 years of related experience. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted. -In-depth knowledge of employee relations investigations, programs and relevant compliance regulations for the US. Knowledge of international labor principles and relevant funder regulations preferred. -Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments. -Excellent customer service, relationship building/management and consensus building skills. -Excellent data analysis and problem solving skills. Able to proactively identify opportunities, diagnose problems and develop client-centered and evidence-based solutions. -Able to maintain complete confidentiality for sensitive issues and information. -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. -Advanced in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -French or Spanish language skills are preferred.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
