POSITION OVERVIEWGreen Key Resources is currently looking for an experienced engineering recruiter to join our thriving & expanding recruiting division specializing in Architecture, Engineering and Construction services to support their perm and occasional temp opportunities nationwide.
Our team primarily supports roles in Philadelphia, Washington DC, Boston, NYC, Chicago, Austin, however this can be a remote opportunity as long as you're comfortable working EST or CST operating hours.
This highly successful close-knit team is really looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
If you are a highly motivated person with previous experience in recruiting and/or engineering this could be the position for you! Green Key Resources continuously supports the growth and development of our employees making sure our resources and technology is the best in the industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
Full Life-Cycle recruiting of engineering professionals.

Establishing, building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.

Build a network of candidates utilizing the company's applicant tracking system and all other resources.

Come up with creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates.
