Provide expertise when applying solution-based services to prospective and current clients, supporting sales team of Strategic Account Managers, Business Development and Account Executives in Government Public Safety Markets. Maintain pulse on government compliance and regulations while accomplishing and supporting sales goals. Assist sellers in all aspects of customer acquisition, especially customer and partner development, developing customer integration strategies, RFP responses, online demos and on-site presentations to drive revenue through consulting, solution design and support. Act as liaison between the field and product management, operations, technology, and marketing. Accountabilities 1. Discovery of prospect needs, and aligning proper solutions 2. Strategic Pricing 3. RFP responses and Proposals 4. Assist with customer presentations 5. Conduct web-based and On site Demonstrations of product suite and overall capabilities 6. Assist with Marketing for strategies to enhance product and revenue goals 7. Strategic Development Responsibilities Overall support of the objectives of the Strategic Account Managers and grow the Government Public Safety market. Facilitate documentation of business case for product development. Assist in the development of research analysis techniques to determine RISK products and solutions meet prospective customer and partner business needs. Meet with customers to gather intelligence around current state, challenges and desired end state to drive sales opportunities Manage customers, clients and prospective clients with clear communication and needs analysis. Maintain a current understanding of RISK competitor offerings (i.e., price, product, service, or solution) in order to effectively assist in the differentiation selling of the advantages of RISK over that offered by its competitors. Formulate a professional development plan with your team members with respect to internal/external educational programs so that your knowledge can be leveraged with your assigned Strategic Account Managers. yrs proven national and/or strategic sales experience or related client facing experience in Government Public Safety markets 3. Excellent project management and analytical skills 4. Expertise in systems and data integration 5. Outstanding written and oral communication skills 6. Excellent skills with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word 7. Experience integrating data and services 8. 50%

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
