Responsibilities As the Correspondence and Integration Specialist, you will serve the government client by working across the organization to ensure the quality and completeness of organizational documentation, and incoming correspondence and products, to ensure all equities are met. This may include the following activities:
Support the Office of the Chief of Staff and Executive Secretariat with the completion of routine and emergent taskings Ensure the completeness of executive correspondence and organizational documents prior to final review Identify opportunities, analyze alternatives, and incorporate learning and feedback to promote continuous long-term organization improvement that will result in positive outcomes for the agency Review existing processes and procedures Recommend and create new processes and procedures Support integration engagements Qualifications Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a discipline related to business, operations research, information technology, organizational assessment/effectiveness, or organizational systems/processes More than six years of experience in a large organization leading projects and reviewing organization documentation and policies for quality and impact, operational analysis, or business improvement activities. Experience assessing, writing, and making recommendations on policies, directives, and other documentation Familiarity with mapping and documenting process definition activities Strong, demonstrated problem solving experience and communication skills Experience managing multiple teams, projects, and tasks Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Visio Ability to get DHS public trust security clearance
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
