Sales Representative position based in Chicago, IL! Ajilon is looking for talented sales professionals with an interest in building a client pipeline and developing business relationships with decision makers.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for building relationships with new and existing business clientele by setting meetings/sales presentations with decision makersPresent best-practice strategies to high-level executives in multiple industriesStrategically acquire new accounts and nurture existing client relationships via business development efforts such as meetings, marketing, networking, leads, research, and high-volume cold callingBuild lasting and successful relationships with leading organizations by consistently providing top talent, informed consulting, and superior customer serviceRequirements:
1-2 years of prior sales-related experience or prior work within a professional-level office setting is idealStrong desire to work in a consultative culture with a lot of autonomy and a drive to win deals that can make you a lot of moneyMust have an innate business acumen (the ability to consult with high-level executives, negotiate deals, and suggest best practices)Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal) and an ability to organize large amounts of information during a rapidly changing workdayStrong computer and systems skills (able to rapidly learn and utilize a wide variety of tech systems for sales development such as SalesforceHours:
