Recruitment Marketing Analyst- Remote

Purpose of the Role:
The Recruitment Marketing Analyst will recommend and execute the recruitment marketing tactics used to drive awareness and attract top talent to career opportunities at Lowe's.
This role will provide guidance and support to internal clients who have challenging hiring needs and collaborate with our creative, branding, and analytics teams and internal customers.
Data will be used to guide decision-making, so this role will need to have experience reviewing national hiring and recruitment vendor reports, analytics, and insights related to branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract and source candidates for Lowe's.
The Recruitment Marketing Analyst will focus on high volume and hard-to-fill roles and assist the Manager of Recruitment Marketing in the development of campaigns and engagement initiatives to support the attraction of best-in-class candidates.
This role will be expected to keep up with trends in employer branding, recruitment media and marketing as well as evaluate Lowe's brand presence within various geographic locations and amongst competitors.
Responsibility Statements:
Responsible for executing Lowe's campaigns related to talent acquisition initiatives via various platforms (ie brand sentiment sites, paid social, SEM, digital advertising, streaming advertising, print, traditional, recruiting events, etc.
) to enable the organization to attract and engage world class talent.
Act as the final reviewer for creative across touchpoints in the recruitment marketing campaigns Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, Field Talent Director and Field Talent Advisors to support challenging geographical markets and roles with appropriate branding campaigns and initiatives Assist the Employer Brand & Marketing Manager with the development of campaigns and tactics to support internal clients Act as a project manager and collaborate with other colleagues and external vendor partners, such as media and agency partners, as appropriate Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers if additional branding/recruitment marketing support is needed for hard-to-fill roles or challenging markets or for low candidate stores or negative trends in performance Review and analyze information to drive performance, identify trends, and make educated decisions on marketing mix.
Escalate issues and proposed solutions as appropriate Proactively stay up to date on the industry, competitors, trends, and developments, proactively providing ideas and information to your manager regarding best practices Focus on continuous learning Support organizational direction and culture.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/
Experience:
4 years of Recruitment advertising and marketing experience, either corporate or agency.
OR the 4 years can be a combination of TA and employer branding experience.
4 years of Experience successfully managing multiple priorities & projects as well as experience with successful delivery & implementation under time, budget, and political pressure 3 years of Experience navigating Experience working with retail or similar high-volume hiring either directly as the customer or as an agency partner.
Some alternative industry examples that would be considered are hospitality, restaurant, or non-clinical roles for healthcare.
Knowledge and understanding of brand sentiment sites, social media (organic/paid), SEM, branding, career sites, job boards, programmatic for jobs, and digital media strategies.
Experience working with enterprise level clients (Fortune 500) with high volume needs a must.
Experience working with Google Analytics, social and media analyticsPREFERRED EDUCATION/
Experience:
Experience working with and managing multiple service providers like media partners, advertising agencies, etc.
Project management skills are essential.
