SUMMARY The Remote Tower Systems Analyst position will work as part of a team supporting research and development, safety studies, technical reviews and analysis in support of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) NextGen Organization (ANG) Remote Tower program. This position provides both technical engineering and programmatic support to the FAA NextGen Team focused on the development and tracking of leading-edge capabilities foundational to the continued evolution of our National Airspace System (NAS) including the Remote Tower concept development and implementation. The Remote Towers concept is a new technology solution being evaluated under a program established by Congress in the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018, Section 161. The concept seeks to provide a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solution to provide Air Traffic Control services at airports using a network of cameras, sensors, displays and other supporting equipment in lieu of a traditional brick-and-mortar tower structure. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for the integration of CNI Core Competencies into daily functions, including:

Develops and updates Concept of Operations (COD) documentation in support of the Remote Tower concept; identify issues and changes to Air Traffic standards and procedures resulting from use of Remote Tower systems. Develops program activity plans to align the Remote Tower implementation strategy with Air Traffic safety risk management processes needed to meet system operational evaluation objectives and technical certification requirements. Coordinates and collaborates with industry vendors, FAA lines of business and other stakeholders in development of Remote Tower concepts, capabilities and FAA system operational and safety approval processes. Assists in the development of plans for site preparation, equipment installation and operational evaluation of Remote Tower systems; reviews and prepares reports, project proposals and other technical documentation. Possesses significant stakeholder engagement and organization skills to provide technical and programmatic advice to the customer, track project milestones, deliverable status and spend plans. Develops and manages site operational and system safety risk management processes. Reviews, verifies, and makes recommendations for improvements in vendor deliverables and documentation. Supports the Program Manager with the development and maintenance of program documents and reports including, but not limited to, roadmaps, program plans, risk management, system safety analyses, budget estimates and program schedule tracking and status of assigned projects Develops presentations and other briefing materials for meetings and program/project status report. Coordinates, attends and facilitates recurring team and internal/external stakeholder meetings, including the documentation and tracking of decisions and actions. Prepares reports, briefings, white papers, conference papers and concept papers, as required. Key to both project management and technical support is the ability to work well with stakeholders internal and external to FAA in-person or virtual. Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company. Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor's instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output. Responsible for keeping own immediate work area in a neat and orderly condition to ensure safety of self and co-workers. Will report any unsafe conditions and/or practices to the appropriate supervisor and human resources. Will immediately correct any unsafe conditions as the best of own ability. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in engineering, math or science and a minimum of fifteen (15) years' relevant experience working with aviation, FAA or NexGen programs/projects including Air Traffic Management systems certification processes and FAA Safety Risk Management and system safety processes, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Technical Support, System & Network AdministrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
