About the Company:
Our client is an industry leading recruiting and staffing firm, and currently growing their recruitment team, nationwide.
This role is complete remote.
A preference in IT, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Energy is preferred.
ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit active and passive candidates within the energy industry, engineering, technical, manufacturing Evaluate and review potential candidates utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking and internal database etc.
Maintain and document candidate activity and progress in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Interview prospective candidates via phone/in person to assess skill set, work history, and salary requirements Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent to submit to current and future client base Reach hiring agreements and negotiating bill and pay rates within established pricing ranges, under the direct supervision of management Ensure all talent placed has met pre-hire requirements (references, background checks, etc.
) personally or via designated staff Ensure the talent placed exceeds client expectations and placements are made within established time frames Build strong long-term client relationships by providing quality driven placement services Generate leads and market intelligence to enhance our new client development efforts Maintain relationships with candidates to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals and new business opportunities Meet and exceed weekly business development goalsRequirementsBachelor's Degree preferred Two plus in heavy recruiting, sourcing, search, staffing, sales or vendor management experience in the staffing/ recruiting industry Ability to meet established recruiting metrics and performance requirements Ability to foster communications with candidates and clients Must have a strong desire to build a career in recruiting by using proven negotiating and closing skills and the ability to build candidate relationships Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency Effective client service abilities, strong organizational and follow-up skills Demonstrated comfort in a sales driven environment Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Bullhorn.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
