Now that is something exciting to be a part of Watermark Retirement Communities is recruiting an experienced Regional Director of Marketing to develop and manage strategic marketing plans and programs.
RDMs work closely with leaders of Watermark communities to develop and implement marketing initiatives in collaboration with our creative, media, and public relations teams.
The ideal candidate excels at organization, planning, implementation, and follow through.
This position reports to the National Director of Marketing and oversees marketing efforts for senior housing communities, leading and executing differentiated campaigns and initiatives that drive occupancy, enhance awareness and reputation, and contribute to the overall success of the communities.
Key qualifications/responsibilities include:
Relevant 4-year degree (eg, business administration, advertising, marketing, communications) 2
years in a related marketing management position Proficiency in planning, coordinating, and developing strategic marketing programs and tactical communication plans Solid understanding and command of strategic and tactical marketing, including how to create clear, focused, differentiated strategies and translate them into tactics and messaging that compel target audiences to take action Conducting meetings with internal or external clients via a robust meeting and communication schedule (Google Meet) to drive community marketing efforts Collaborating closely with the other members of the Watermark marketing team to successfully develop and deploy campaigns and initiatives Managing digital strategies, plans, budgets, and internal and external resources to execute marketing campaigns, analyze and interpret results, and drive continuous improvementAdditional qualifications required:
Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills Ability to organize and interpret information and data quickly Flexible, creative thinker open to new ideas and changing priorities Proven effectiveness when working under pressure Ability to communicate effectively one-on-one and in small teams Appreciation for the creative process and skilled at working with creative teams Attention to detail in reviewing deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a must Upholding Watermark brand standards Other duties as assignedWhat we can offer you:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
