Watermark Retirement Communities is looking for an extremely seasoned Human Resource Professional with regional experience.
The right candidate will have several years of union experience.
This includes but is not limited to contract negotiations, labor relations and contract compliance.
In this role we need a very experienced human resource generalist who has great knowledge of the labor laws, building and developing teams, building culture and full knowledge of regulations in multiple states in the Northeast.

In the regional role we will need an individual that can not only drive culture in the communities but will also embrace it and lead by example.
