Greet customers appropriately and shows willingness to meet their needs.
Wear Employee Identification badge in a manner seen and readable by all customers.
Readily knows daily menu and cafeteria information to inform customers.
Ability to restock service area as needed with minimum supervision.
Set up line with appropriate utensils.
Follow plan-a-gram and line up instructions.
Restock food and supplies neatly and safely according to department guidelines.
Assist with stock handling and storage as assigned.
Communicate to management all food quality and availability issues, equipment status, customer and staffing issues.
Communicate to management unresolved customer service issues within 24 hrs.
Complete quality control documentation, as assigned.
Portion appropriate amounts of food.
Prepare hot beverage according to equipment directions.
Maintain and monitor all food item temperatures.
Follow established food-handling practices according to department guidelines.
Store and label food a Food Service, Associate, Food, Restaurant, Healthcare.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
