General Summary of Position:
Delivers proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex.
RN will be assigned to areas within his/her scope of practice and as deemed appropriate.
Education:
Graduation from a basic educational program in professional nursing.
Successful completion of Physical Assessment (course or challenge) within 120 days of hire.
Twenty (20) contact hours of continuing education; content area (s) as mutually agreed upon with Head Nurse or designee.
Experience:
Minimum of two years of experience in the service area.
Certification/Registration/Licensure:
Licensed as a registered nurse in Washington, DC Applicable certifications for clusters/clinical service areas.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
