Mobility Scrum Master

ECS is seeking a Mobility Scrum Master to work in our Washington, DC office.
Job Description:
The contractor shall fulfill the role of a Scrum Master as part of an Agile team supporting Agile Development Methodologies, Operations and Maintenance, Change Management, and training for the Mobility Program Office of the FBI s Information Technology Infrastructure Division.
The primary method of tasking artifact delivery and/or effective service will be within the construct of Agile ceremonies (daily scrum, sprint/release demos and retrospectives and similar).
Job Duties:
Facilitates iteration planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software and/or product demonstrations.
Protects Agile team from outside distractions or impediments, while helping to mitigate team conflicts.
Maintains focus on product backlog and project timeline.
Works closely with project managers, product owners, and Release Train Engineer in backlog management and continuous delivery of features.
Educates and reinforces scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and key stakeholders.
Required Skills:
An active Top-Secret Clearance4
years of relevant IT experience.
2
years working experience working within an environment using Agile methodologies.
Must be able to obtain Scrum Master certification.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Understanding and skilled use of applications in the Microsoft Office 365 Suite, to include but not be limited to, workplace collaborative tools SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneDriveMust be able to work independently yet collaboratively as the customer needs and/or the project requires to deliver the product or service promised.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Azure DevOps Service Platform is a plus.
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification is a plus.
Experience in Project Management is a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
