The Walsh team is currently looking to add a Proposal Manager to our team who will lead private sector pursuits in the following markets:
higher education, healthcare, commercial office, residential, and institutional spaces. Together with our local office leadership, the Proposal Manager will be instrumental in building our local brand, supporting customer vision, and actively managing and contributing to client and project pursuits. This position will work closely with Walsh's key local and national leaders in marketing, estimating, and operations to develop win strategies, prepare proposal materials, and lead the proposal process from pre-positioning through client interview. Responsibilities Manage and produce marketing deliverables including Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals, ensuring highest quality and adhering to deadlines Collaborate in weekly meetings to discuss progression of strategic relationships and forward plan for upcoming pursuits Develop internal and external presentations and facilitate interview preparation with strategic thought Collaborate with graphic designers to create project graphics and production materials and populate the graphics library Delegate tasks to others Speak at meetings and perform presentations Compose memorandums and consult with individuals who hold leadership positions within the organization Participate in annual business/sales planning with a focus on branding objectives and marketplace footprint Lead engagement planning with AEC industry partners, employee events, and other opportunities to grow and define local visibility Motivate others with strong leadership qualities, encouraging them to increase their abilities and work ethic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, English, Business, Communications, Journalism, Liberal Arts, or a related field 6
years of RFP response and proposal development experience (or equivalent) Experience with technical writing in an engineering environment preferred (A/E/C industry) Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, and Acrobat Pro) Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) Exceptional attention to detail and organization Excellent story boarding, writing, and editing skills Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work under deadlines and communicate actively regarding issues and resolutions Adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment Preferred Qualifications :
AEC industry experience highly preferred, particularly in the preparation and management of proposals. Active member of Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), Association of Proposal Management Professional (APMP), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and/or Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) If hired by The Walsh Group, you must be in compliance with your employment location's COVID-19 related requirements, if any.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
