Morgan Lewis, one of the world's leading international law firms, seeks to hire a highly qualified midlevel/senior associate with law firm experience and excellent academic credentials to join our FDA & Healthcare practice in our Washington, DC office.
This position may also be resident in Houston.

Job Requirements:
The successful applicant must:
Have demonstrated experience in healthcare regulation and transactions, digital health, federal and state privacy laws, including HIPAA, compliance, fraud and abuse laws and enforcement matters, and a strong interest in client counseling and strategy;Have an interest in being part of a larger life sciences and healthcare platform within the firm that includes exposure to lawyers and matters in transactional, litigation, antitrust and employment work;Possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, as well as strong experience in the regulatory arena; be a problem solver;Be a member of the District of Columbia bar or be eligible to become a member of the District of Columbia bar.
