We are seeking a DNB (Digital Native Business) Sales Strategy Lead to collaborate with the Head of North America Sales Strategy and Area leadership to define, land and execute against our most impactful strategic priorities to help drive revenue growth.
This role will develop forward-looking strategy for the DNB Area and execute strategic initiatives that accelerate growth.
They will work closely with the DNB Sales Leader and functional leaders to develop growth strategies, prioritize and execute, and provide thought leadership on strategic issues.
They will act as voice of the customer and connective tissue to communicate opportunities to the wider Strategy organization.
This role is also the in-Area execution arm of the North America Sales Strategy team.
They will lead deployment of strategies developed by the North America Strategy organization and incorporate them into regular business operations.
The ideal candidate has experience in business management, strategy and operations in a sales organization, high business acumen, strong analytical skills, and experience working in highly matrixed teams.
This is a hands-on position - the candidate must be a strategic thinker and willing to roll up their sleeves.
The candidate will be a self-starter with a desire to proactively identify and tackle complex challenges across organizations using data to inform their strategies.
The candidate will have a bias towards independent problem solving, and the foresight to anticipate business needs, make trade-offs, and balance business dynamics despite constraints.
The lead will thrive in a fast-paced environment, will be able to manage through ambiguity and complexity, and constantly seek ways to invent and simplify business processes.
Maturity, strong judgment, and the ability to influence are all essential to success in this role.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
