Sr Development Project Manager, OPIS

OPIS provides real-time and historical spot, wholesale/rack and retail fuel prices for the refined products, renewable fuels and natural gas and gas liquids (LPG) industries. We deliver award-winning news, market intelligence and transparency to the entire refined energy marketplace and companies looking to go carbon neutral. At its core, OPIS uses a set of complex IT systems and tools, handling huge amounts of data in a reliable way, and providing customers with business applications to use this data as efficiently as possible. YOUR ROLE The Sr Agile PM Lead in Support is responsible for helping run a large multinational team responsible for ensuring the accuracy, availability, and timeliness of all OPIS's products, services, and reports. You will be hands on with each of OPIS's divisions and will work to increase maintainability across all OPIS. This role is also responsible for analyzing our metrics, reporting on them to each of the division leads and senior management, and creating action plans to improve these metrics. You will also be mentoring employees, prioritizing work items, and ensuring that all our resources are getting what they need to complete their issues on time. years of increasing responsibility in Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master roles Strong self-starter that is hungry, eager to learn new concepts and technologies to resolve complex issues Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands with minimal supervision Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of internal/external customer trust and confidence Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on sprint/task details while maintaining the big picture product/release view Strong interpersonal skills including strong speaking/listening, engaging facilitation, negotiation, mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building Ability to lead, coach and provide activities/metrics and daily feedback to grow your team and team members promoting continuous learning, integration, delivery, and improvement Must speak and write in English fluently We'd also love to hear about your experiences with any of the following:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
