Sales & Business Development Manager (Sr.
BD Manager) is responsible for business development of NEW customers in North America for an existing Industrial product line (currently within European markets) within the CIRCOR portfolio as well as new products - specifically targeting Hydrogen applications.
The Sr.
BD Manager will be responsible for developing this customer base while meeting/exceeding annual Order booking targets.
Duties include understanding and communication of market trends, demand forecasting (SIOP), targeted management of business capture; proposal & strategic support / generation, contract negotiation, and closure to contract award.

A cents EUR cents Making field sales calls on existing and prospective customers in North America for assigned products within responsibilityA cents EUR cents Acquire and maintain knowledge of customer programs, requirements, organization, and communicate to appropriate CIRCOR Management and Sr.

Minimum undergraduate degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Engineering or other related areas.
Graduate degree is added benefit.
Experience:
Minimum 5-10 years of progressive sales, marketing, or business development experience in Industrial markets - with significant, proven experience in Hydrogen segment.
Proven track record in technical sales in the Hydrogen Economy and Industrial B2B markets.
