Vice President of Sales

Zekelman Industries, Inc is seeking a Vice President of Sales. Reporting to the Division President, this highly engaging sales leader will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth and industry leading customer service.
Essential Functions:
Develop and implement a commercial strategy to achieve business objectives Build a highly performing sales team that will drive profitable revenue growth at existing and new customers Build an inside sales team that drives industry leading customer service Manage product pricing to achieve margin and volume goals Lead executive level relationship development with key customers and prospective customers and represent Zekelman Industries at key industry associations Support monthly and annual forecasting and planning for the Division and each Operating Facility. Lead new product development process for the Division EDUCATION/
Experience:
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least ten (10) years of sales leadership experience delivering profitable sales growth within the manufacturing industry. Previous experience in the galvanized fence and mechanical industry is a plus. ADDITIONAL PREVIOUS
Experience:
Sales or operations experience in the pipe and tube industry Experience successfully selling to both OEM and distribution customers Demonstrated experience leveraging information technology to improve customer service REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Ability to quickly assess market data to change commercial strategy in dynamic market conditions Must thrive in daily work/social interactions with internal team members and a special focus on the customer base. Effective leadership with the ability to coach, mentor and motivate a staff of business professionals across multiple disciplines Excellent oral and written communication skills, including public speaking, and strong listening skills Ability to travel within the US and Canada frequently (up to 65%) M/FV/D We are Zekelman Industries. Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & Operations, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
