Job DescriptionAre you looking to lead a growing HR team right from your backyard? LaSalle has joined forces with one of the world's leading IT consulting firms to help find their next Remote Manager of People Operations and Experience on a contract to hire basis.
This role will allow candidates to build their leadership skills, while continuing to develop strategic inactivates.
As the Remote Manager of People Operations and Experience, you will be handling employee relationship issues, performance reviews, assist with recruiting, and partnering with various leaders on strategic HR initiatives.
We are looking for candidates with strong communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to dive right in!Remote Manager Of People Operations And Experience ResponsibilitiesSupport the efforts of various departments such as employee relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits along with identifying and bridging gaps in the organizationAssist with different aspects of the new hire process, training, employee engagement events, payroll, etc.
