Job DescriptionLaSalle Network is hiring Remote Associate Researchers for entry-level openings in Dallas, Texas.

You play a critical role in supporting our various recruiting teams by identifying strong candidates who can be presented to current or future job opportunities with our clients.
Remote Associate Researcher ResponsibilitiesSupport the various recruiting teams at LaSalle Network by sourcing talent via our applicant tracking system, LinkedIn, and various job boardsContact candidates over the phone to discuss their professional experience and gauge their interest in working with LaSalle Network to pursue job opportunitiesSchedule interviews with LaSalle Network's Recruiters and Project ManagersWork with management to create and execute effective search strategiesMeet or exceed daily and weekly goals around calls made and interviews scheduledRemote Associate Researcher RequirementsBachelor's degreeHigh energy and excellent written and verbal communication skillsGoal-oriented nature and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, metrics-based environmentStrong desire for feedback, coaching, and personal career growthIf you are hired, we will require you to prove that you have received the COVID-19 vaccine or have a valid religious or medical reason not to be vaccinatedOur Research team is led by a director with 9
