Eliassen Group is looking for a well qualified Sr.
Program Manager to join a growing nonprofit organization.
Our client is one of the leaders in research and development within the chemistry field as well as offering publications, classes, and seminars for helping develop the next generation of chemistry leaders.
Within this role you will be supporting the Research and Development Team within the Publications Division to help better the technology footprint of the overall organization and you will be working with stakeholders, internal leaders, and many team members on a daily basis.

Responsibilities1.
Leads staff and contractors from Publications and IT divisions to identify program-level objectives, deliverables, and milestones, to align project activities and dependencies with the program plan, and to apply the approach, resources, and techniques needed to ensure successful achievement of desired outcomes.
Assure that project managers for the program meet the standards established for project management within the organization.

Create for review a proposed budget for the program and all associated projects and activities and manages actual costs to comply with the approved budget.

Works collaboratively with the Product Mangers, Platform Operations, Project Management and Quality Assurance to establish and manage staff-augmentation or consulting vendor relationships and associated contracts related to the program formation or execution.

Supports strategic vendor relationships by analyzing contracts, scrutinizing invoices, coordinating processes and reporting deliverables.
5.
Establishes, facilitates, and executes program-level governance and processes, in collaboration with business, IT leadership and architects.
6.
Supports stakeholder analysis, risk analysis, change management and financial and contract management, and escalation practices.
7.
Produces and maintains standard program-level deliverables required by the ACS Publications PMO and unique artifacts needed to manage the specific demands of the program, including the program charter, roadmap, decision log, communication plan, risk register, and periodic reports.

Contributes to the evolution and continuous improvement of PMO practices and standards by sharing suggestions and lessons learned with PMO staff and contractors and providing input and support to PMO-level initiatives.
QualificationsBachelors Degree in an applicable field (Masters can be a plus)Comes from a small to medium sized company and has a lot of hands on experience managing IT technical projectDemonstrated ability to lead and manage complex, strategic efforts comprised of multiple projects, stakeholders, departments and technology platforms.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills, applied to all levels of the organization, including executives, managers, project managers, senior technical staff, vendors, contractors and administrative support.
Ability to develop budgets and actively manage costs associated with the program and the individual projects within the program.
Ability to establish contracts, relationships, and expectations with vendors selected to support the program.
Familiarity with the technologies and tools needed to manage program-level artifacts and communications (ie Confluence, Jira, SharePoint).
Ability to foster good working relationships with peers, vendors, staff, and executives.
Ability to travel as determined by program and project needs.
Experience working within a medium to large enterprise environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
