This position oversees the integration and impact of the CRM data sources (Salesforce) relative to JDRF's fundraising verticals and serves as the primary interface between national and regional partners. Ensures constituent data is integrated and organized in a way to maximize fundraising effectiveness and leads all efforts to ensure that CRM tools are available and are used effectively by Development staff across the organization to increase productivity, efficiency, and fundraising opportunity. Responsibilities o Oversees the implementation of CRM activities, behaviors, knowledge building, and business intelligence relative to staff and activities involved in JDRF's Development structure o Assists in the design and development of reporting functions relative to JDRF's Development structure and how the business intelligence will be used to track staff performance, historical performance, and project future performance o Leads the integration and design of various CRM and campaign management systems and data sources in collaboration with Data & Technology o Meets with staff and senior leadership to assist in the planning and evaluation of their work and training o Serves as the primary liaison for CRM matters related to data access and management o Serves as the lead staff in the areas of data architecture and integration o Serves as the lead staff for recommending and requesting updates of the overall technology strategy relative to Development o Oversees underlying strategy and designs CRM training in accordance with the overall principals on training, education, and knowledge management o Has a significant responsibility in the technical and business process management elements of JDRF's CRM fundraising verticals o Manages project scope and integration to ensure all elements of projects are properly coordinated and completed o Facilitates decision making processes as appropriate, serving as liaison between involved parties to ensure the maintenance of an integrated focus for the overall project o Develops, maintains, and effectively executes project plans throughout the life of assigned project(s) according to established procedures, channels, and success expectation o Establishes clear parameters supporting the success of all projects o Contributes to continual process and people management innovation, supporting effective delivery of solutions o Understands and communicates business needs to the team o Works closely with the Data & Technology team for integration of resources, tools, and data o Integrates all training materials and business process work developed with current and future CRM training and business processes by working closely with national and regional partners Qualifications o 6 years of relevant Salesforce and business experience o Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience o Knowledge of philanthropy, understanding of non-profit models, campaign management and constituent relationship management o Excellent written and oral communications skills o Ability to negotiate and assess business and technical risk o Strong analytical skills o Experience participating in database design, development, report building, and maintenance o Ability to support and lead data integration projects and initiatives o Ability to implement data validation and QC processes o Understanding of application development tools is required o Demonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous projects involving cross-functional product teams within budgetary and schedule constraints o Ability to strategically and tactically organize and structure activities, paying particular attention to detail o Ability to handle multiple planned and unplanned projects, roles, and responsibilities o Ability to analyze complex problems, interprets operational needs, and develops integrated, creative solutions o Ability to handle difficult conversations o Strong interpersonal skills o Tactical and strategic management experience managing teams involved in multiple activities o Knowledge of decision-making and problem-solving techniques to facilitate effective project and organizational leadership Additional Information Resumes without cover letters will not be considered To protect the health and safety of our employees, all employees are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and have a COVID-19 booster shot regardless of location or position. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
