Inside Sales Consultant

The Rental Consultant serves as the main point of contact for customers such as students, professionals, families, athletes, real estate agents, or home stagers who are relocating or have temporary furniture needs.
This role utilizes customer service, administrative, and sales skills to consult with customers and enter orders.
Schedule:
Monday thru Friday from 9am-6pm.
Pay:
Starting hourly rate is $24.
Responsibilities:
A Day in the Life:
Consult with customers primarily via phone and email, and occasionally in-person to determine their budget, style preferences, timeline, and overall rental needs and then match them with CORT's products and services Utilize computer programs to prepare proposals or designs, furniture lease agreements, schedule deliveries, and complete sales Work with operations, administration, and customers to ensure an exceptional customer experience Utilize professional sales skills to meet and exceed revenue goals Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business or additional revenue opportunities
Qualifications:
You're a Top Contender if You Have:
A minimum of 2 years customer service, and/or sales experience (inside or outside) Proficient computer skills Multitask well and are adaptable to change in a fast-paced role Have experience engaging successfully with many types of clients Prior experience in multi-housing, retail, hospitality, home staging, or furniture sales (not required, but a plus) Additional Information:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
