Remote HRIS Specialist
Job DescriptionOur client, a growing national telecommunications company is looking for a Remote HRIS Analyst to join their team.
Within the past year alone, this company has tripled in size across the US and is looking for support for the Human Resources team.
If you're looking for experience that allows you to interact with and bring support to HR counterparts in a thriving company, this position is ideal for you.
The Remote HRIS Analyst position will support the Total Rewards Director, along with HR leaders at the offices, in consolidating employee data and benefits information and pulling reports to ensure data accuracy.
This person must be comfortable working on HRIS projects independently and must be extremely detail oriented.
Remote HRIS Analyst Responsibilities Streamline titles in the HRIS system Certify benefits deductions in the HRIS system Ensure any missing data is populated for all employees Ensure all employee titles are coded correctly; FLSA code, EEO Classification, Workers Compensation Code Remote HRIS Analyst Requirements 3
