This role will allow candidates to build their leadership skills, while continuing to develop strategic inactivates.
As the Remote Manager of People Operations and Experience, you will be handling employee relationship issues, performance reviews, assisting with recruiting and partnering with various leaders on strategic HR initiatives.
We are looking for candidates with strong communication, attention to detail and a willingness to dive right in!Remote Manager Of People Operations And Experience Responsibilities Support the efforts of various departments such as employee relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits along with identifying and bridging gaps in the organization Assist with different aspects of the new hire process, training, employee engagement events, payroll, etc.
Develop various strategic initiatives for the organization Update the HRIS system and personnel files; other administrative duties as assigned Experience in small and medium size organizations is a plus Remote Manager Of People Operations And Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree or related work experience required 5
years of human resources experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and superb customer service skills Above average Microsoft Word and Excel (pivot tables a plus!)
