We're seeking a Talented Technical Analyst with experience supporting Oracle's Opera Hospitality product suite , to join our HGBU Oracle Global Technical Services SE organization.
Oracle Hospitality is developing this era's most exciting Cloud-based, Mobile-enabled, Next-Generation hotel management enterprise application - OPERA Cloud - to enable our customers in the hospitality industry to provide superior service and experience to their guests, anywhere.
The application is using Oracle's leading edged Ojet, Fusion Middleware and Database technologies.

Qualifications:
As a Technical Analyst, you will research, investigate, troubleshoot and debug OPERA Property Management Systems, the world's leader in Hotel Property Management Software.
OPERA is full service suite offering a wide range of features, integration options, reports and accounting systems that allow hotels to seamlessly interact with a variety of external systems and deliver the highest quality guest experience quickly and easily.
Key Tasks / ResponsibilitiesProvide internal and external (customer) support for questions and escalations of complex technical issues and code defectsAbility to quickly and efficiently detect code software code changes that negatively impact our productServe as an intermediate between Customers, Support and Engineers, reviewing and investigating potential code defectsAcquire and share technical skills and knowledge with colleagues and staffUnderstand and perform technical and professional duties within an application support environmentSpecial Skills:
Good knowledge of XML and SQLProven communication and presentation skills through previous interaction with customers and peersStrong experience in issue resolution, issue prioritization, customer management and technical account managementStrong experience in tracking customer issues through to resolution and providing regular status reports to customers and internal teamsExcellent Diagnostic and Reporting Skills when reproducing and precisely documenting issues and defectsExcellent general IT skills and strong knowledge of current technologiesExperience with Linux, Microsoft desktop and server operating systems is an advantageKnowledge of the hospitality and IT industry is essentialPast experience offering solutions and process improvementRecommended SkillsOracle RDBMSJavaPL/SQL / SQL DeveloperXML, HTMLSOAPUISDL2017.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
