Acts as an individual contributor and/or member of a team for projects/programs within a defined area of assigned responsibility.
Applies experience and detailed knowledge of administrative procedures, processes, rules and regulations to support assigned program area.
Assignments may include collecting and analyzing data/information; conducting research; applying policies and procedures; identifying problems; and working with higher level and lower level professionals in day-to-day operations.
Provides direct support to the Division and Branch Managers within the Business Operations Division.
Carries out a variety of diverse administrative, organizational, and basic analytical functions/tasks as requested by the management team.
Demonstrates some independence in planning time and using assigned resources to accomplish tasks or small projects.
Provides administrative, analytical, and/or technical support duties in one or more of, but not limited to, the following program areas:
budget management; contracts administration; database administration/management; employee development/training; Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) administration; human capital; information security/ technology; procurement and/or acquisitions; records management; and/or space management, as assigned by the designated Business Operations Division Manager and/or Executive Director.
Establishes polices/procedures, provides guidance for most assignments, but allow some discretion for employee to select the most appropriate approaches.
Receives guidance on selecting approaches from a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional.
Contacts are primarily internal to the organizational unit, major subdivision, or LOB/SO with a manager and other employee to share information, provide data and/or written analyses, and/or explain statuses of assignments.
May have frequent contacts with customers and other external parties on routine matters such as gathering information, explaining regulations, and discussing the customers' situations.
Refers problems and work issues to a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional when guidelines are not available or applicable.
Work is typically reviewed frequently during assignments and at completion to ensure timeliness, policy compliance, and alignment with the requirements of projects and/or other work activities.

Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents)QualificationsCandidates must have one year (52 weeks) of SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (FV-F/GS-10) that is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE at the next lower level (FV-F/GS-10):
F-Band Specialized ExperienceExperience applying administrative practices and procedures, gathering data from a variety of sources, and supporting projects and programs.
Experience using various office automation software programs, tools and techniques used in support of office operations and the production of a variety of documents.
You should include relevant examples of the specialized experience in your work history.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
