The Remote Technology Sourcer will join a recruiting team that acts as a true business partner in building an excellent talent pipeline for this innovative and exciting tech company.
This Remote Technology Sourcer will cold call passive candidates, utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to build strong talent pipelines, and will work closely with hiring managers to set themselves and the team up for future success.
Remote Technology Sourcer Responsibilities Work to develop, drive and execute on innovative and creative sourcing strategies Plan for and conduct data-based meetings including intake and candidate debrief, and make sourcing adjustments based on priorities Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, university relations, and Boolean searches Strong proficiency in social media platforms and web-based recruitment tools Provide a white-glove candidate experience throughout all candidate interactions Remote Technology Sourcer Requirements Bachelor's degree 3
