A$ A' A' ?Job DescriptionOur client, located in Downer's Grove, IL, is looking for a Remote Student Admissions Recruiter to reach out to their prospective students, sell the benefits of why they should choose this University, and walk through the process of enrolling in online degree programs that best fit their schedule.
In this position you would be recruiting prospective students for one of the organization's most reputable schools and working with them to determine if this program is right for them, as well as taking them through the enrollment process!Remote Student Admissions Recruiter ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective studentsMeet and exceed goals set for enrollment each monthCommunicate well over the phone with prospective studentsAnswer program inquiries and address concerns that may ariseDetermine if the prospective student will succeed in an online school environmentRemote Student Admissions Recruiter RequirementsBachelor's degreeTwo years of experience in a medium to large customer service environmentExperience with inbound & outbound call center sales and working in call queuesMust be able to overcome objectionsExperience with Microsoft Office softwarePossess a strong work ethic with great attention to detailOutstanding ability to multi-task and manage your own scheduleGreat phone skills with an engaging personality that fosters building client relationshipsMust have access to internet, working remotely- equipment is provided Additional Criteria:
